HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

We believe jewelry is meant to be worn every day. Most of the jewelry we sell requires very little care — just wear and enjoy. We do recommend taking off your jewelry when swimming, doing contact sports, and moving heavy objects or in the use of perfume, cream or sunblock .That said - it depends on your lifestyle. Cleaning is very simple, use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry with water and soap.  Sometimes 14k gold can tarnish a bit - particularly on earrings and the inside of rings - depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a very easy fix. SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders made through our website are processed from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00pm. For all purchases, please allow 1-3 days business days for your order to be processed and shipped (territorial restrictions and additional fees may apply). Shipping fees: • International shipping $25 USD (1-4 business days) • National shipping $15 usd (1-4 business days) • Free national shipping in purchases of $200 USD and above (1-4 business days). WHAT DO I DO FOR RETURNS AND REPAIRS?

On any pieces purchased from Veneno by ERO webpage and social media for all repair inquiries, please send an email to erojewelry@gmail.com; this email must contain your contact information (full name, telephone number and email) along with the date and place of purchase and a description of the damaged piece with a photo attached; this will help us provide you with an accurate repair quote or define if the damage will be covered by our guarantee. Upon agreement on the cost of repair, the piece must be delivered at our showroom  located in Mexico City; within our opening hours (Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 7:00pm) or cover the shipping cost in any case. Repairs will be complete within up to 4 weeks from the date we receive them, you will be notified via email or telephone once the piece is ready and you can either pick it up at our showroom or give us a shipping address for us to send it. Any shipping expenses must be covered by the customer.
